Overview

VN Company Limited was registered in the UK in 2018 and we started growing fast on the international market and our goal was to move further transforming the popular Ukrainian B2C brand into an international one.

Our international office deals with sales outside Ukraine and works on design and supply.


VNC international brand is represented on the website www.vncompany.co.uk and other retail websites in different countries.

VNC Group is introduced by the brands VNC (middle and advanced level) and Atlantic (introductory and middle level),as well as the V-Class bike components brand that offers a wide selection of products to expand the business.

Supply contracts

VN Company Limited produces customized bikes at the request of several retailers. Using effectively our supply network in Asia, in particular China and Taiwan, we bring to life the ideas of the large sports products retail chains.

VNC produces customized bikes for other 3 retailers in Eastern Europe. Our goal is to continue expanding in this area globally.

Customization

More than 14 years ago our bike brand VNC was launched with success. For those who have an idea of a new unique product, we are willing to assist in bringing it to life. We already have great experience in helping large retailers develop their in-house products on the international market successfully.

Sourcing

Since our first container of branded bikes, thousands of other bikes have been produced not only under VNC name. We work very actively with the Asian market. We are confident about producing bikes with the best quality for this price level.

Manufacturing

All VNC bikes are manufactured with ‘Lifetime Frame and Rigid Fork Warranty’. This warranty applied to our partners’ production as well. Our strong QC team checks thoroughly the production process and makes regular factory inspections. This makes us 100% sure about the quality of the product, which comes with outstanding service and design exceeding all the expectations.

Lead times

Our standard supply time is from 65 to 120 days depending on the components used. Lead time may be influenced by the public holidays, in particular, if they last for a week or more, the delivery term is delayed.

Our clients have a possibility to hold stock at our factory after the order. This way they can rest assured that they have enough quantity produced before the high season, which can be shipped whenever required.

Our quality control procedures

Our company has a full-time quality control team, which is supervising the production of all products. QC documentation with 48 points checklist is available for all our customers, it also contains audit pictures and a list of solutions if necessary.

Also our customers are welcome to visit the production and check the assembling.
