Alloy/Carbon Directional Flex System
Usage of Alloy/Carbon Directional Flex System allows seat stays to be specially shaped and function in several ways. The middle part shape of seat stays is transverse-oval offering a vertical flex and makes the seat far more comfortable. Also, such design results in more lateral stiffness. It means that the frame has increased directional stability.

Carbon Multi Connect
The construction of carbon frame involves a combination of various manufacturing or joining technologies. The frame parts undergo the greatest stresses, for example the BB housing or the construction of the head tube area are created as a monocoque assembly in the only piece ensuring optimum forces distribution. Then these parts are connected with the other segments of the frame using lugged or overlapped tube-to-tube joining methods.
Tapered Headtube
Tapered Headtube is a conical one combining filigree appearance together with possible optimum savings of weight - 1/8-inch bearing at the top and 1.5-inch bearing at the bottom. It supplies the frame with a better stability, precise steering and stiffness.

concept
Feminine concept is a characteristic of VNV models having unique ergonomic components such as a shorter stem and a more convenient seat. Due to a diversity of athletic women interviews and subsequent tests, specially designed frame geometries accommodating female anatomy requirement were developed by us. All this includes control of the best quality, brilliant performance, pleasure and comfort while riding. And we possess the knowledge of how it is done.

Performance Structured Design
Every bike is specially designed and unique. The frame design and other bicycle components have a united color composition. It distinguishes our bikes from common ones. We pay attention to every detail working it out and giving it a distinctive design. These bicycles can be easily recognized everywhere. There are special colored designs of forks, saddles, seat posts, stems, rods, steerings, wheels and many different components of a bike.
Hydro
Forming Technology
Our version of Fluid Forming Technology is more advanced and everyone knows it commonly as a hydro forming. The tube gets a final form in several steps and some precise molds. The fact is that this is not a mechanical action of pressing or stamping, but the water-oil emulsion is injected in the raw tubes under very high pressure. Due to this method there is a possibility to construct the tube shapes that can not be manufactured in one piece with the help of conventional forming technologies. Suggested hydro technology is a kind of art in modern hi-tech design of frame tubes.
Lightweight
High Quality Alloy Frames
Materials to construct a frame are of equal importance. So the engineers similar to the aircraft production managed to develop state of the art custom drawn 7005 series, aircraft graded aluminum tubes being present on all bikes we sell. Of course, it might be easier and cheaper to supply bikes with old round steel tubing as everyone does, but in this case our bikes could be similar to others, we can not accept it.

Fluid Forming Technology
In production raw tubes are situated in the sealed mold and later are pressed into the necessary shape. It is one of the most efficient ways for tube sets production. Being in a perfect shape and dimension for organic and fluid frame designs they allow to withstand any stress being put to the material while its usage.

All VNV bikes have a high quality level of the seal. All these bikes are subjected to a number of tests for their development so that the highest quality of durability, riding feelings and design could be achieved.
